• When is registration deadline?
You may register on the morning of the event. Registration deadline is 8:30am. Fee is $40.00 for same day registration. We highly recommend that you register before event day.

• What about parking at the venue site?
Parking is at a premium! Please car pool if possible.

• Where are the portable toilets?
The toilets are located at the start/finish venue area and along the race route at 5km and 10km. See route map.

• Where are the water stations?
The water stations are located along the route at 2.5km, 5km, 8km, 10.5km, 13km, 15km and 18.5km. See route map.

• Where is lunch?
Lunch is held at UNBC Quesnel Campus, 100 Campus Way, located just behind McDonald’s (from North Star Road, turn right at McDonald’s). See QWFC details.

• Where do I find the race results?
The race results can be found on the following website:   www.raceheadquarters.com

• Can I pick up a race package for someone else?
Yes, you can pick up a race package for someone else. In fact, we recommend you do just that!!! It is mandatory for Quesnel participants to pick up their race package (or make arrangements to have it picked up by someone else) at race package pickup the day before the event. QWFC Details. It is too congested to pick up packages in the morning before the event!

• Can I bring my infant/child/friend/husband/"dog" to the luncheon?
No, the luncheon is for LUNCHEON PARTICIPANTS ONLY. We do not have enough room (or food) for others to attend! Race number is required for entry into the luncheon.
